Your Story

Do you need help to achieve stunning, relaxed photographs of your family or business? Let me help you create images that will be effortless and look amazing in your home. I work with families and businesses all over Staffordshire, Cheshire, Derbyshire and beyond who really do see the true value in professional photography and it's place in their family's history. I work with each client on an individual basis, as we all know that no two families or businesses are the same, neither are their bonds and photographs.

I always work in a very relaxed manner, usually in the great outdoors so that your children do not feel overwhelmed by having their photo taken. My style is relaxed lifestyle, which means I will photograph your family in a fun, informal (not posed) manner and there certainly won't be any cheese!

My Story

My name is Amanda or as my friends might call me:- Mand, Mandy, Min, Aunite Minnie, Bella or Mrs White (When I was a teacher!)
I have been a professional photographer for over 9 years and I love working with both families and businesses.

One of my most important roles in my life is being a mummy to my two amazing children, so I know what it is like seeing how quickly they grow. When we became parents, I suddenly realised the true value of photography and ensuring that I captured as many moments as I could. 

As a family, we really enjoy the great outdoors, by walking, cycling and when we are in Cornwall we love a bit of boarding!
I love...practising yoga, surfing, open water swimming, reading and eating lots of good food.

Before I began my photography business I was a primary school teacher, so working with children has always been what I love to do. I really love seeing what makes children laugh and their special relationships they have with their family. So from the start of my business, I wanted to be out in the fresh air with my clients, having fun and not having the restrictions of any walls!

We have worked with Amanda through our pregnancy and following the birth of our little boy as we welcomed him into our home. Amanda is a delight to work with, making us all feel at ease (the children and the adults!). She understood what I wanted from the very first conversation I had with her. She is efficient, prompt and just lovely. The viewing sessions at her home were wonderful, and actually made me quite emotional looking at the images of our family. The pictures and frames we purchased from Amanda arrived this morning (hand delivered by her!) and I’m absolutely in love with them. I can’t recommend Amanda highly enough. On our family photoshoot she really enouraged and got the best out of my little boy who was feeling a bit grotty that day. From the beautiful pictures, you'd never have known. The results were simply stunning.
I have also used Amanda's services for some professional photographs and have been incredibly impressed with her artistic eye. She took some photos of one of my cupcake classes and also an teaparty shoot. Family and Business Photography

Having been tasked by my senior partner to refurbish our practice boardroom, I commissioned Amanda to take photographs of interesting locations in order to promote our pride at being located in Stafford. She liaised with me closely and produced fabulous black and white photographs, all beautifully framed, showing scenes of local interest; some immediately identifiable and others taken from more obscure interesting angles. These include Stafford castle, the High House, the park and windmill . She brought both fun and professionalism to the project and I enjoyed working with her immensely. She came to the offices prior to taking the shots in order to see the space available in which to hang the finished photographs and advised upon layout. She also checked all the framing when it was delivered direct to the office and I felt she was committed from start to finish. We are constantly complimented upon the new boardroom and much is owed to Amanda's talent. I do not hesitate in recommending her.
